Perry, age 86, of Worthington, IA, completed his earthly journey on February 3, 2024, at UnityPoint Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA, while surrounded by his loving family. “Steve” Otterbeck, age 74, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on January 2, 2025, at home while surrounded by his loving family.
